Apparently, going to school and working full time doesn’t give much time for icon making. Now that I’m on break, I found a little extra time on my hands. So, icon making it was. Some of them are actually a little old, but I never had time to put them up. Now I do!

I'm also posting a few LJ headers. Please note, while I use these headers in my own journals, I make no claim to the layout. The layout was created by damnicons and taken from freelayouts, with free reign over choice of color and headers. I made these headers to go with these layouts, but you can use them with any layout, really.

I felt like making some random icons. I didn't enter the X-Men Stillness contest this week. Don't know why. Just didn't feel like it. *shrug* But I'm including my entries from the last week, which didn't win anything. Not surprising. It was Rogue.

It’s the first time in a long time that I sat down and made some icons, other than the ones I do for the contest. I actually really like some of these too. They’re all from the latest issue of Astonishing. I guess Whedon’s awesome plotline really inspires me. Oh, and I'll also post my entries for the Nightcrawler challenge. One of them got first place! I was so excited.

Gah. I didn't win squat for week 8. But I'm not too disenheartened. I don't much care for Cyclops. Yes, yes, I do realize I role play him, but that's out of necessity, not desire. I am also perfectly aware of our extreme similarities. >.<

Um, I don't remember what my standings were this week, and they haven't made the banners yet. So, meh, I'm just posting my two Storm entries.



Yeah. Um, I forgot to make any entries until like, an hour before I had to leave for work on Friday, and so I had to just pull something together real fast, because I still wanted to submit an entry, you know? So, they're really shitty. But oh well.

Well, now at X-Men Stillness, we are only allowed to submit 2 icons per contest. Both my icons got second place, tied with another icon. Weird. Since there's only two, I'll just post them, rather than making a cut.

I made a few Wolverine icons, because Azy showed me an interview with the Wolverine writer about Northstar, and I just sort of liked the images. JP looks as ugly as sin though, in most of them. I guess because Wolverine's kinda ugly anyway, it didn't really matter how he turned out. I'm probably insulting anyone who thinks that short, hairy little guys are hot.
